The TENN Portal, designed as a digital telehealth tool, supports a virtual outreach program of nurse-directed navigation support designed to bridge the gap in breast cancer treatment and care for racial and ethnic minority, poor, and underserved women offering them the benefit of a virtual cancer patient navigator and information that often is accessible only to women in higher socioeconomic positions.
The application is designed to support disease management and projections throughout the cancer care continuum of screening, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
